Customer service members appear to be more focused on computer tasks while on-site customers wait in line. This may have been an isolated event during my first time picking up my vehicle at this dealership.
I loved working with this dealership. Everyone was a pleasure to work with including my salesman John, the manager and the finance guy. They made my lease trade in and new purchase easy and painless. After trying to work with 2 other dealerships during the process, I will always go back to this one every time. They were very easy going, accommodating and pressure free.

The experience was satisfactory. The oil change fee was correctly charged. However, I attempted to present the online coupon for purchase and utilized it during the transaction. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response from my representative. Consequently, I was required to pay the full amount rather than the discounted value offered online.
