I leased a Wrangler from Carlos. He was excellent, knowledgable about Wranglers, and wasn’t a busy salesman. When I said I was considering a different make and model as well, he encouraged me to go test drive that car right then and there instead of waiting for my appointment in Marin the next day so I wouldn’t waste my time. As I was driving over to that other test drive, I turned around and drove right back to Jeep because I knew I could trust Carlos. He was lovely to work with.

I ordered my Jeep online, and I live in the furthest northern Ca. Location. They initially had trouble having someone transport vehicle n did everything to correct it. Sales personnel CDJR where very responsive rectifying the issue. Just one thing, they told me , would fill the tank ( gas) the tank was empty when I received it...don't tell me your going to fill it, then find out later they didn't, kinda tarnishes your reputation a little. Made an appointment, pre ordered parts, night dropped off and filled out the paperwork indicating what was to be done and that the parts were confirmed to be there for the repair. No phone call, text or email, I found out the repair was not completed when I picked up the truck. Had to bring the truck back in the next week and asked if a shuttle service could be arranged and did not get a response.
